Comments:
What about people like myself who have taken thier position based on a lower initial GS grade with a higher target designation? Ex: (GS-3 T-6). Will the new system honor our previous employment agreement? And if so how, considering there will be no GS system anymore. I fully hope the new system will allow for prior agreements to be met.
