With raises being decided by the local supervisor instead of a set percentage to all in the pay grade, I'm concerned that we're back to the good ole buddy system with it being the vernacular "who you know or who you blow". While I agree the current pay/grade system needs updated I'm not sure the current proposals are the way to do it.
