Please ensure proper review and forethought in the implementation of the changes to the current pay/grade system for civilian employees. Without fair and equitable pay raises to all in the same pay band it will be impossible for people to be treated respectfully when as example a pay clerk in one office receives more money than a pay clerk in another office when they are both in the same pay band, same performance appraisal, etc.
