Undo the reorganization of our basic pay scale. If our new retirement plan "FERS" was a fantastic plan, I would concur with the new pay scale but after in depth research, federal employees like myself have found that "FERS" is a big joke, this program does not give us full benefits. You change the pay scale and due the Federal Managment "FAVORITISM" only the ones who suck-up to managment will benefit and not the hard working individuals! But if you have federal employees who do not produce, I feel it's up to management and personnel to deal with the non-producers so don't punish us for the actions of few!!!
