Before any changes are made with the regulations governing federal employees rights as workers., job descriptions have to be made clear . Most job descriptions that I have read are generic in form. Most managers or supervisors end up delagating work they don't want to do to there leaders ,and a leader will do it because they are afraid of being BLACKBALLED or taken out of the loop. You can't leave a manager or supervisor have power like its explains in the proposal.God Bless the one who is on his bad side Again this is only in some cases. Thank You
