Comments:
I oppose the implementation of NSPS and I urge you to act to instruct the Secretary of Defense to halt any further development of NSPS unless and until the Pentagon is willing to substantively address the issues raised by all. Entirely too much power is being given to supervisors and little/no recourse for employees. Favoritism will be worse than ever. Many times the supervisors don't realize who is really getting the job done or what their employees are truly capable of; they only hear the ones who toot their own horn and try to impress the boss. I am very grateful that I have only 18-1/2 months left till I retire.
