Comments:
Pay - During the period 2004-2008, will all employees receive an annual pay adjustment (increase) equal to the amount that would have been received had he not been converted to NSPS? If the answer is "no", will the funds normally available for annual pay adjustments to into the Pay Pool for the supervisor to recommend an amount for the employee subject to approval of the Pay Pool Manager? Adverse Actions - What protectons are provided to the employee who's supervisor, without substantiated cause, directs the employee's reassignment to a lower pay band and reduces the employee's pay by 10% or more?
