I am not comfortable with having my supervisor having controll of decisions regarding my income and future. The programa I have worked in for about 12 years provides us with a new supervisor almost every year. For the most part they are just out of graduate school with the same degree I have held for over twenty years. Most of them are new to the military and the program. This is their first supervisory position. Most of the supervisors I have had did not get their supervisory training from CPO for several months and some a year. To entrust my livelyhood and future to a person with this lack of skills and experience is totally inappropriate. This will cause a morale problem on the part of the civilians in this program. Why are you not considering the diferences in supervisors and managers and adjusting the requirements accordingly instead of just blindly assigning us to be evaluated by "managers and supervisors"?
