Folks, All good thing have hickups. NSPS I think is a good thing with a huge hickup. Managers will favor some employees, It is inevitable. We neeeda tracking syaytem so over the first few years it can be minitored as to who is getting raises and who is not. It is not going to be easy but some system has to be in place to monitor.
