Sec 9901.716(b). The wording of this suggests that the Department has the ability to automatically reject responses provided to the wrong official, even if through no error of the employee. Suggest adding the following: * The Department, at its discretion, may consider responses provided to other officials if the response was otherwise filed timely and the misdirected delivery was made through no deliberate fault of the employee. * This is more employee-friendly without abbrogating the rights of the Department.
