What in the world does my pay,my production, future promotions,my physical shape, have to do with national security of this country. I am a vietnam vet, 32 years with the government and have seen so much favoritism between 1st level supervision, in cases that "You do what I do and I will take care of you" such as after work sports,buying the same products ( buying Harley Davidson Motorcycles, Partying to include drug use, ect.) Remember the supervision came up the ranks so we all know each others weakness. Supervision needs to be Drug tested randomly to include problems with alcohol. During my career I have witnessed supervisors drunk or on drugs and now you want to give these people the power to distroy good peoples careers . This can't happen with the current system, but now we are in danger even if we are the best employee. I vote "No" leave me alone and I refuse to go to war or ever leave this country again. Please believe me I will have to start with drug use to get along with future advancement because of this new proposal, If I want more money or recognition that is.
