Comments:
To me, there seems to be violations of the Civil Service Act. This act was established to provide for the merit hiring and promotions of government workers. It was to curb the abuses of political hirings and advancements. With the NSPS, it seems like those abuses, will reapear and be in violation of the Law. Once again seperating the haves from the have nots by a larger margin.
