It's time for a reality check. Changing operating modes does not improve leadership, accountability. It also does not stop favoritism, see NASA S.E.S pay raises. Check the methods of circumventing nepotism laws at PSNS. Look at the ratio of supervisors, administration to workers at PSNS and at what the Shipyard Commander is doing in a leadership position to correct it. Government managers all the way to the top can not step up and take responsibility for their lack of leadership over the years, but leaving them in those position to continue with the same lack of leadership and lack of accountability changes nothing, except the rules under which they can remain unaccountable. Pay raises under the new plan will only go to the boss's kin and friends. Give me a break. Face Reality, come down to earth, leave your ivory towers, get your hands dirty. Be responsible, ask who am I hurting? You will find the answer if you are truthful. The answer, the working men and women of America. In God We Trust.
