DOD employees are becoming at will employees. I hope that this change goes further and takes away all of the protection afforded supervisors. Private at will employees have the right to take their supervisors to court and sue them personally. I want that right. In the CS system now, we cannot sue a supervisor and can only file discrimination under a few instances as stated in EEO regulations - there certainly are more types of harrassment then defined in EEo regulations. If you go this way, go all of the way. Don't let them hide behind national security.
