referring to 9901.406(b) What action or recourse does the employee have when the supervisor/manager changes at least every 2 years or is TDY because he/she is military and they detail another military memeber out of the shop to be the supervisor until they return? Because each supervisor/manager has their way of how and what they expect their shop to run. How does an employee keep with what is expected of him/her. Also it states "Performance expectations will be communicated to the employee prior to holding the employee accountable for them." There is no specified time frame for this. When he/she takes over the position, once a year, or right before the adverse action is being enforced. This is not clear and to much open for the supervisor/manager to do as they feel fit.
