I object to the pay banding system due to the fact that no dollar amounts are mentioned. If your not a freind of the boss he can hold your pay raises up. You can't qualify for a bonus unless you are a crownie of the management, I truely beleive it has nothing to do with work performance. The three person board to hear unfair labor disputes is a joke, how is a board going to be impartial when all the members are going to be appointed by one person? Hiring non citizens policy look's like another cheap shot at hiring ailens to work for nothing. you ought to secure our borders and stop picking on the American worker!
