Comments:
This is in refrence to RIN#3206-AK76/0790-AH82.My first concern is that it was said that my retirement was not going to be affected but my retirement is based on my annual salary and if I do not get any pay raises that will affect my retirement pay. The other concern is that the pay for performance will not promote teamwork because employees will not share work ethics with each other if their pay is based on performance.
