Section 9901.607 (2) If the problem is the ability to “fire” non-performing or underperforming employees, what happens if the employee has “rights” that are not addressed in the new system (i.e. veteran’s preference)? Is the solution to the problem any different that the application of the existing personnel system? Delete this section.
