Subpart G Section 9901.704 Probationary employees do not have any rights in the event of adverse actions. My interpretation of Sections 9901.512 and 516, an employee could have a potential of being a probationary employee for quite a long time. That's taking their rights away and not providing them the opportunity to regain their rights. That isn't fair!
