Comments:
Subpart G Section 9901.712 Allowing the Secretary of Defense to determine what offenses constitute Mandatory Removal Offenses (MROs) is ludicrous. He/she will be the deciding official on this topic, as well as along with many other topics, in NSPS with no negotiation. Plus, only the Secretary can remove or modify the MROs. Not good business practice.
