Please explain pay banding. The published information does not adequately explain pay banding. For instance, please explain and define the following. What grades constitute which pay band? How many pay bands are there? What is the dollar minimum and maximum in each pay band? Can you please lay it out in a chart so we can understand where we will fall in accordance with our current grade/step/pay? Is that how it will workl? When do you expect the pay band to be instituted and assigned to/for us? What if our current salary does not fall within the pay band that our grade is assigned to? Will you please send someone from personnel to talk to us about this stuff?
