King Rummy reigns! He wants to make the rules, and the current administration has bent over backward to comply. He wants to make DoD flexible and responsive. The trouble with being king is that you can't be flexible nor responsive, or you lose your throne. NSPS will not do as the Federal Register says, it will destroy that which makes our government and country great - it's citizens.
