Inpact on NSPS This activity with the NSPS is nothing more then a move by those in power to destory the working ranks of federal employees. This end run is just another way to undermine the AFGE and open up TRACY DEFENSE DEPOT to the private contactors waiting at the door to get there hands on the jobs at this base.
