Comments:
Subpart I Section 9901.905 Superceding current negotiated agreements and contracts if there's a disagreement between the agreement/contract and the NSPS policy. The agreements and contracts we currently have are working great. lt's fair to, both, the management and the employees and is negotiated through the unions. Management has rights that employees can't dispute and the same holds true vice-versa. Makes for a better working relationship between management and the employee. If NSPS overrules these agreements/contracts, morale of the workforce will diminish. Not good business practice.
