i retired last year after 32 years with the defence dept, either as a member of the armed forces or a civilian employee. in a perfect world this program would be great but the world isnt perfect. there needs to be checks and balances within this program. the dod is a large company and as with any large company abuses can occure. what happens at dod and what happens on the hanager floor can be as different as day and nite, without represention by an outside party (unions) many employees would be facing unbareable and hazardous working conditions. my question is why do we need a change ,whats wrong with how it is now. thank you J.C.
