Changes bring growth, new ideas bring improvement and challanges but the system we have been in the works for over 20 years, it has been a good system. Now we have a new program ,NSPS what will it offer?. 1. No Union repersentation 2. To much power and authorityin the hand of a Supervisor Your pay, salary increase and keeping your job is in one hand. No check and balance. Will we keep the present salary or will that be taken away? Anyone that is in a special pay because of a RIF will they keep there pay or loose it? Retirement- any one retiring in 3 to 10 years will they be protected? Can you be deployed or transferred to another state with out notification? The present system only needed Management restructure. Clean a few areas and keep the same structure. History has shown that when you loose the right of a country you have no democracy. We spend and spend millions to repair and make the world comfortable but we strip and strip America and say we need to trim the budget. Thank God for Grace, that which the world fear and America is being throwing out. The name Jesus! Union representation is being taken away. When the people have no representation or voice, you have no Democracy. It is called take a stand now or there is no tomorrow. We are not the Euro Union, we are Americans, so take you time and listen to the voice of the people before you put total power in the hands of supervisor, or take away our hope. . My trust is in The Name of all Authority( Jesus) I appreciate trying to make things better, but there is something here missing.
