To whom it may concern,I am up set with these proposals, it is not fair. I feel this change will cause hard ship in the work place. It sound as if we all are going to, have to suck up to our Supervisors to get a raise. And that is ugly your Supervisor may not like you just because, now you are just out with no one to go to.I feel the way it is now is they way it should stay.
