This is in reference to RIN#3206-AK/0790-AH82 This pay system will be very detrimental to the teamwork of our workplace as well as our misson in the Air Natl. Guard. We will no longer share infomation, skills, or give assistance to coworkers to keep ourselves as top preformers. What protection will employees have against the (good ole boy) system? Are all the members of congress as employees of the federal gov. also going to be paid for performance? Why are we rushing so quickly into a system with so many unanswered questions and vague regulations? Why is a new system developed to empower supervison, when supervisors haven't used the rules already avalable to rid our workplaces of the employees who just show up for a paycheck? Why not use the system in place and use it correctly? Why not hold supervisors and their supervison accountable for weeding out the lazy disinterested federal (workers)? Pay should reflect the job. Neither sex, race, creede, age, or how well you are liked or are not liked by your supervisor discriminate an individuals pay. The same rancid employees sucking the life out of the system will still be lingering around while the valuable will be financially forced out.
