My concern is that you state that you have over 50 town meetings. In what areas? and what branches? So Why is it that we just now hear about this and that now we get to give our opinion when you are so close to implementing it. I ask around and it hasn't been know that our local Union was invited. It doesn't seem to me that management will be fair in giving out a true and honest evaluations or that we can depend on the system to be fair in giving out pay increase. It has been proven that minorities and women still have a hard time in the system. So, the new system makes it appear that it will be that much harder for us/them to get a fair evaluation. Government employees are hard working individuals especially in this area where soldiers are deployed on a daily basis. Why? is the system trying to add stress to a already stressful life and work place. It appears you had the opinion of a few and as ususal leave out those in the west side of the country. We may be farmers and ranchers's children but we are those who volunteer for the service and still do and this new NSPS doesn't express our views nor values. I believe you have not given us enough information to make us believe it to be fair but that there is more to come and we will not have any recourse. I don't think we need to reinvent the wheel but just need to give upper managment and CPOC the right tools to fix what we have "BUT" include those employees who help keep the prymaid standing. Thank you!
