Comments:
Actions and Employees Covered – The proposed adverse actions (such as removal, suspensions of any length, furloughs of 30 days or less, reductions in pay, and reductions in pay band) are too harsh of a punishment in which don’t have anything to do with National Security. These proposed adverse actions should be reconsidered with proposing a much lesser charge depending on the weight of the offense such as a reprimand or 5 day suspension. Susponsion of any length could be any number of months or even years before any adverse action taken by management is resolved.
