Mandatory Removal Offenses (MROs)– The September 11 incident was committed by Non-Citizen Foreigners in which the Citizens of the U.S. is innocence and had nothing to do with this atrocious act. Therefore, to impose such terrorizing threats and offenses to honest, hard working middle-class Civilians are unjust, unmerciful, and unconstitutional. The mandatory offenses should not be introduced into NSPS.
