Based on two years experience with a similar system unless very specific constarined guidance is provided on total dollars available for pay I assure you that this system will cause runaway salaries and without very measurable performance objectives-- very difficult without a profit measure -- performance is overinflated across the board and salaries grow quickly to the top step of the old system- It sounds good but beware!
