Comments:
To whom freedom concerns; This country was organized fundamentally as democracy with checks and balances to insure our freedom. One of our freedoms/rights is that of collective barganing. Just as our government built the governing process with the cornerstone of checks and balances, working peoples are built and protected by collective barganing. Now a departmental branch of government, (the Department of Defense), is seeking to eliminate this right by taking away the third party arbitration that protects individual workers. Please keep fair and balanced representation of labor agreement freedoms by keeping the three party arbitration, our checks and balances, of workers freedom. Thank you, Robert J. Ocvirk
