Comments:
I feel NSPS is unfair. We are moving backwards, not forward. NSPS will allow supervisors legal favortism. The current system should be upgraded. The civilians who work in the current system would prefer it over NSPS. The elected officials must listen to the people who elected them, whether Republican, or Democrat. I know the work place atmosphere will be more violatile. Please, reconsider NSPS, it is unfair for the american federal work force.
