I am totally against the NSPS. I was employed during the SSP days and remember the favoritism and the alienation caused from rewarding based on the buddy system. If the NSPS goes through as planned it will be counterproductive to the work force of Anniston Army Depot. Employees will be disgruntled due to being alienated by partial supervisors. Supervisors will reward based on personalities on the employee and not on job performance. This will give too much power to untrained and undisciplined supervisors who have an ax to grind against an employee. On the other hand the supervisors will promote and retain their buddies and fraternal brothers based solely on the external organizational standings.
