9901.342 Favored Employees will get big raises and their attitude will go high. Unfavored Employees get lower or no raises, and their attitude will go down. The principle of 'self fulfilling prophesy' will come into effect, those that are rewarded will shine and those who are viewed negatively will be viewed with increased disdain.
