This new personnel system is utterly ridiculuous. It gives all power to management, it takes control away from Unions and does not improve anything. Power corrupts. If your supervisor does not like you, he can give you a poor performance appraisal which during a RIF, hurts you. Someone who has worked 6 months and you have worked 20 years can keep their jobs and the employee with seniority goes out the door. You can no longer grieve your appraisal. This will end up a good old boy workforce again. Thank you.
