I do not personally know of anyone who speaks positively of NSPS. I can't imagine the number of persons who agree with the program outnumbering the persons who disagree with it. My concern is especially over the pay issues. In a perfect world, the proposals under NSPS may be okay - but we do not live in a perfect world. What about those of us who have managers/supervisors who simply cannot be pleased, no matter how hard we try?? You may say this is simply an internal problem but in the end its something that individuals on the lower levels cannot fix. As a result, we could end up getting lesser pay than other employees at similar organizations who are performing at the the same standards or even performing at levels substandard to our own. I urge officials to say no to implementation of this plan. Use the old adage"if it ain't broke - don't fix it". In my opinioin, the current system is not broken.
