Comments:
The proposed new personnel regulations will not favor all personnel. Some personnel will suffer greatly because a supervisor does not have the employee's interest at heart; while, others who know the supervisor or through "brown noising" will get rewarded. Allowing one person to make a decision about an employee's performance is not in the best interest of the government. And, then not allowing the employee to challenge the supervisor's opinion is truly absurd. Most supervisors will not promote or increase an employee salary if they know can get away with it. These proposed personnel changes will make it very easy!!!
