What NSPS comes down too, is just another way that managers and supervisors can promote their favorite employees. There is nothing good for the employee. I've been with the Government for 27 years, and all this is, is a way to get rid of employees with a lot of years vested. I think someone should ask Mr. Rumsfield how he would feel if we (the people), just decided he needed to be booted out of his position and gave him nothing, I don't think he would be happy. Just remember in the end what goes around comes around, and we all will have to pay for the things we do to people, including messing with peoples lives.
