Comments:
I cast my support strongly in favor of the changes put forward under the proposed new system. Each component of the change to the current system looks to be an improvement. Pay banding, recruuitment and labor changes will also give the government more for the tax dollars expended. The flexiblity and responsiveness needed in today's world is just not there in the current system. The reality of the current system is not in line with the needs our country faces. The proposed changes should help that happen
