Feel it will discourage older workers from getting raises and only if you are popular with your supervisor will you get any recognition. Feel this is the ultimate way to get rid of older employees and not raise their salaries because of their time and grade and worth established by loyalty, dedication and most importantly responsibility to work areas by maintaining long term employment. Will women be less challenged to work to maximum standards as the "good old boy" mentally will reign over the whole employment retainment. Cliques and finger pointing will be determintal to all and cause a rift among the work force by degrading the splendid work already achieved by valuable workers. Popularity in high school, college and now work seems like a unproductive management style unless you are well-liked you will not be well-paid. By maintaining older ideals and rating system the "Yes men and Yes women" will not prevail over the experienced work force and they will survive against all professional skills achieved through long term dedication.
