I believe there is a typographical error in Sec. 9901.212, Pay Schedules and Pay Bands. Subparagraph (d) states that DoD will designate qualification standards...as provided in Sec. 9901.514. That cited section deals with non-citizen hiring. I believe the correct reference is to Sec. 9901.513, which deals with qualification standards.
