Comments:
I disagree with the proposed regulation. What do we do with the workless employees that can pull the wool over their supervisors eyes? What do we do about a supervisor that has a dislike (for no reason) for their employees and then uses that dislike to rate them? What do we do about a supervisor that just wants to rate all their employees the same across the board? What do we do about the supervisor that just does not want to do the paperwork so their employee may get an award?
