The NSPS web page that links to pay bands states there, that there would likely be 3 bands that are "based on level of work (e.g., entry level, full performance, supervisor)". The connotation here is that supervisors and administrators have their own (highest) pay scales and that truly there will be only 2 bands for 98% of the work force. I suggest that a band NOT be titled "Supervisory/Administrator" because that will cause dissention and division of team pricipals. I suggest a band that is called Medical, Technical, Engineer, Professional, IT and that its pay is commensurate to local/national scale. 50-150K per year.
