I am totally against any legislation and/or law that gives the management body the right to arbitrarily move you, fire you, or deny you wage increases. I am not saying the govt sector doesn't need change, but change that decreases objectivity in favor of subjectivity isn't change--it's a knee-jerk reaction. It is the beginning of the degradation of the protection of/for the worker that will always be needed to assure the rights of many for the good of all.
