Even though we are allowed to comment on these proposed actions, it is quite apparent that our comments will not truly be heard. You are going to make the changes you want and we the loyal federal employees will pay the price. When is the Federal government going to stop the continued increases in salary and retirement benefits for Congress - why is the little man always targeted for reform? You need to clean your own house before going after others.
