I oppose the implementation of NSPS. This is based on the proposed extraordinary level of power given to the supervisory staff. Corporate America had learned a long time ago giving supervisors close to unleashed power over every aspect of the employee base posed too much of a threat to the mission. It seemed to cause the rebirth of the “Good Old Boy Network". Morale was kept low; employee turnover remained high and only concluded with a great disruption to the companies. How would an employee go about handling a situation, even while creating the most credible case of management wrong doing or playing favoritism, when the “good Old Boy Network remained in denial. All said and done, history has proven over and over again, that the most important element in having a successful mission is maintaining the highest employee morale as possible. Agreeing with Corporate America, I see the implementation of NSPS, in the long run as a detrimental policy to the Government labor force and the United States of America.
