I'm writing because my mother has worked for the government close to 25 year's. And she was telling me about all the changes that happening. And I'm worry about her job. And I know she is too. I don't understand why all these changes now. When all these year's nobody has complain about the old system. And she was telling me about if there is a RIF. She probably would lose her job. Because her 25 years of serve could be useless now. How can a person who work's for that many year's and a good worker too. Just let go. And the increase of living raises will not happen anymore. That increase help us each year just to make ends meet. What's coming to this country. They don't want to increase mim. wages, and now they don't want to give a increase of living raises. How does a person survive with every going up but our income. I just hope you'll look into this alittle more and more closer and how it effect Civil Service employee lives.
