For the subject of Paybanning, I have my resevrations. If you are a dedicated and devoted worker it a great opertunity to have your salery increased. But if you are all of that, but the employee may experence personality issues his or her supervisor, you are not garninteed you will get the salery increase. And there is no support for the employee to go to. It would be the employees word against the supervisor. We loose too many employment rights.
